It is for living on and not investing or as a bond.

PCEC or PEC expat clubs and Thai888 Law Company

Pattaya City Expats Club will soon be moving to a new venue so watch this space. OK the space looks like the Holiday Inn, which is next door to the Amari Tavern by the Sea.

Pattaya Expats Club is firmly setup at the Mercure Hotel Pattaya and has weekly Sunday meetings.

I have spoken at both clubs and have enjoyed the feedback and new clients these talks have generated.

If you have a question please don’t hesitate to ask.

I deal mostly in international Probate and the rest of the team is dealing with local Thai Laws of a criminal, civil, family, company, consumer nature.

Gay Wills or common law partners

Whether you are gay, straight, lesbian, trans gender or common law partner, you need a Will.

Common Law is not recognised here and so you need to protect each other should something happen to either one of you.

If there is a valid Will in place then it would be difficult for it or the Beneficiaries to be contested. Without a Will then it would be difficult to prove you were entitled to any assets. You may even have to move from the place you shared with your partner.

Don’t be caught in this situation as it will add to your already grieving situation.

Email me to arrange a confidential meeting to see how we can protect your partner.

Don’t think – do it now.
